Aetopia for Evidence Management

Highly secure, evidence centric.

Any kind of digital asset

The Aetopia platform can store any digital asset type, including video files, CCTV footage, audio, images, and documents—removing the need for time and resource-heavy hard drives, USB sticks and DVDs.

Fully compliant

The system complies with data protection, GDPR and MOPI guidelines, and seamlessly integrates with validated third parties such as the Crown Prosecution Service, Legal Defence teams and HM Courts.

Tried and tested

Over thirty thousand items of digital evidence have been shared to date with the CPS in England using the Aetopia DAM for Law Enforcement system. All Aetopia technical staff are police-vetted and approved to work on UK policing projects.

“Aetopia utilised their expertise and knowledge to suggest new and innovative solutions to how we could manage and provide access to our collections. Through training sessions and weekly catch-ups, Aetopia worked with us to implement the solution and have continued to provide exemplary support post-launch. We now have a system which our staff find easy to use and allows us to easily share assets."
