The dedicated eCommerce engine in this module optimises the licensing and sale of images with end-to-end order fulfilment, allows complete eCommerce administration, and offers comprehensive financial reporting.
MediaCore's powerful search engine enables users to quickly find images and other assets that can be sold as hard copy products (e.g. prints) or the digital file can be licensed as Rights Managed or Royalty Free. Registered account holders can download or route images in a range of formats (processed as required) to specific destinations. The system records all sales and file downloads to generate comprehensive sales and usage reports.
The presentation layer is completely independent of the core application. It includes a CMS and supports re-usable Ajax components to ensure a modern look and feel. A flexible tagging system allows you to classify individual media assets and events to create a hierarchical site menu structure, a gallery set or a feed for external systems (such as a homepage image carousel or an iPad application).
